What is a Visual Presenter?
In its most basic form a Visual Presenter, Visualiser or Document Camera, is a camera mounted on a stick.
Visual Presenters are quickly becoming the most sought-after, interactive learning tool for the classroom. With a visual presenter and a projector, worksheet, open textbook or a 3-D object, such as a chemical reaction, can be easily displayed to an entire class.
Visualisers provide the means for large or small audiences to see details which would be impossible to see either due to the limitation of the human eye, subject size, subject surroundings or remoteness of the subject being viewed. They facilitate collaboration between colleagues, either remotely or locally and are ideal for corporate, training, education, science labs, dental labs, medical research, diagnosis or training, court room evidence, broadcast studios and video conferencing. They are extremely effective in helping people absorb and retain information through display technology.
